How to Set up the Payment/Navigation Flow of your Products

We’re rolling out a major upgrade! If you started your trial on or after June 2, 2025, you’ll notice some exciting new features as part of our latest release. Some articles already reflect the new experience, while others are being updated.

After your content is ready and you are preparing to launch, it's essential to configure your users’ purchase and navigation flow. This ensures users can easily buy your products and access the learning content (course or program) via the player. To do this, you’ll need to add specific page sections to your Layout Pages and other relevant pages in your school.

Hero Section

In your school’s Course Layout Pages or Learning Program Layout, the Hero Section includes the Automatic System Button. This is critical for managing both the user’s purchase and post-purchase navigation flow

Products (Course/ Program Cards) section

Add the Course or Program Catalogue section throughout your school's pages, such as the Home or Courses page. This section displays Course Cards and also Program Cards, showcasing all available learning products

Each card includes an Automatic Enroll Buttons, which stands out to potential buyers.

Once you've added a Products section, potential users visiting your school's page can click the Automatic Enroll button on a product card to purchase the product.

Payment Flow

To arrange the Payment Flow:

1. Click on WebsiteNavigation.

2. Or Website → Design Edit website and choose SiteSite Navigation on the top menu.

All users must sign up or sign in to purchase and access courses or programs. Depending on your setup, the payment experience can follow one of two flows:

1. When a logged-out user clicks to purchase a product, they are sent directly to the Payment Page. Here, they can sign up/in and purchase at the same time

For this setting, if you choose logged-out users to go straight to the payment page when clicking to buy a product, make sure the sign-in / up component is shown on the payment page's layout so that users can sign in / up at the time of purchase. You will find more details here

2. Users must first sign up or sign in via your school’s dedicated Sign Up / Sign In Form. Once logged in, they can explore your school, click on a course or program, and then proceed to the Payment Page

If you are using a payment section as a step inside a funnel, once the user completes the payment, they will be redirected to the next step of the funnel. The after-purchase navigation setting for that course in that flow will not be triggered.
